Resolved Question: Hits vs Unique vs Accesses vs Pageviews vs Visits?

Does anyone know of a script that will give your affiliates links that will track all stats and also give SEO value to your site at the same time.

I have heard talk of a script that redirects the links in a way that search engines recognize and give value to but I am unsure and leary?

I know most SEO/Affiliate experts always say do not look for SEO from an affiliate program, but why not try?

I am a very ambitious and optimistic person. Presently I am working in a http://www.webdesigningcompany.net as a Link Building executive. I know my class as a SEO optimizer is matching the one of the world's best standard, but stilI I have no interest in it..I am looking to get expertise in Flash Action Script CS3 ....I have the basic Idea of Flash 8.0 designing but I want to be a developer and programmer..I go through ActionScript ( Overall) ...and I know that I can do it in no time......What shall I do so that I' ll match the Adobe Standard.......Being the world's one of the best Flash Programmer........!!!!!

Which of those of the above are phased out and which are used as benchmarks for agencies today?
